When I was a young girl my favourite book was – A New You The Art of Good Grooming by Emily Wilkens. I learned a myriad of beauty tips like using the eraser of a pencil to push back cuticles and what tools and products to put in your beauty box. I truly enjoyed practicing all of those Beauty Rituals so much so that I enrolled in Modelling classes throughout my teens.

While attending Humber College in Toronto I specialized in Makeup-Artistry and studied with the Famous MAC Line!
Upon graduating, I returned back to Sudbury to obtain hands-on experience. I began working in a cosmetic’s department store and then a beauty hair salon as their makeup artist.
On March 5th, 1991 is when I took a LEAP OF FAITH and opened Never Say Never Studio of Glamour.
Looking to increase my menu of services I hired a retired aesthetics teacher, her reputation was… if you have survived the German teachings of Mrs. Karen Stark you’ve survived the SHARK!! Her in-depth knowledge and training in the aesthetics industry were second to none. After completing the required hours of certification, I graduated from the BarryDowne School of Aesthetics with Honours.”
In 1994, I was enlightened by the AVEDA philosophies and began undertaking more studies. The AVEDA Concepts and Rituals of THE POWER OF TOUCH was implemented and I became Sudbury’s first AVEDA Concept Spa! The on-going education and tremendous support from this company have truly empowered my success. I am truly Grateful for all of the relationships that have evolved over the years with the Collega Family!
In 2007 I had the pleasure of meeting Olwen Hyross. Her 40+ years of experience and her philosophy of being ahead of the crowd have provided me with the latest breakthrough technology in production systems as well as an in-depth training.
